After a six hour flight to the big island we stopped for a layover
before getting on a puddle jumper headed for Kauai. Six hours of
airtime had Kai seriously thinking about taking up the drink.

For some reason Kai did not want to go outside today. He put up a great protest and finally gave in after several minutes of giving us the business.

Kai’s first caucus!

We went to the democratic caucus to hear opinions about Clinton and Obama. Kai remains uninformed as he slept through most of it. Oh well… ha!
